It really is extremely frustrating to be on the cellphone and have a conversation interrupted to the point of almost being impossible to continue because of the call waiting beep, ah the balance of accessibility for clients and sanity.  My favorite is &quot;I called on the weekend because I thought you&#039;d be busy during the week.&quot;</description>
